Start outsourcing in 8 easy steps:

STEP 1: Discovery

After receiving your initial inquiry, we will set up a meeting with you within a few days to learn more about vour business needs, benchmarks, and overall outsourcing goals. This is a chance for us to get to know each other and to determine how Paragon can help your business.

STEP 2: Solution Brief

Within 3-5 days of our Discovery Session, Paragon will present you with a Solution Brief which is our proposal for how we can make outsourcing effective for you. This will cover the entire process including recruiting, training, management, hours, shifts, costs, etc.

STEP 3: Consideration

The client decides to accept or reject the Solution Brief. This is also an opportunity for you to ask further questions and suggest changes in the proposal. We request that clients complete this step within a week so that the information provided in the Solution Brief does not become outdated.

STEP 4: Recruiting Deposit

Upon acceptance of the Solution Brief, the client transfers a nominal deposit for each of the positions that need to be filled. This deposit is refundable. If Paragon is unable to provide you with agents whom you deem acceptable, then the deposit will be refunded. If a candidate is accepted, then the deposit for that role will be applied towards your first billing cycle.

STEP 5: Talent Acquisition

Within one day of receiving your Recruiting Deposit, Paragon will begin screening for candidates who match your requirements. Candidates who pass the initial screening will be interviewed, tested, and verified by Paragon. We will then present these candidates for your review, and you may choose to accept, reject, or interview them further. This step can take anywhere from a few days to a few months depending the size of the team, the skillsets needed, and the level of involvement you prefer.

STEP 6: Contract Signing and Payment

Once the candidates have been finalized, Paragon will present you with a Service Agreement. This is a binding contract that allows us to move forward with the hiring process. Upon receiving the signed contract and the payment indicated therein, Paragon will begin hiring the approved candidates.

STEP 7: Hiring of Candidates

Paragon will extend employment offers to the candidates you have selected. Should a candidate be no longer available, we will revisit Step 5 again to fill that role.

STEP 8: Training and Performance Management

Once the agents are hired and assembled, we will begin the on-boarding process Depending on the role, you may wish to:
1) Leave the training to us (best for less specialized roles), or
2) Train the team or one of our trainers yourself, either remotely or in person.

Paragon will then supervise your team with an eye on productivity, quality, and KPIs and submit regular status reports to you.
