Paragon was founded as a technical support and services company in 2011. In 2017, the company went through a transformation and became a provider of outsourcing services, first to local companies in the Philippines, then later, to companies around the globe.
Today, Paragon is an award-winning contact center with clients worldwide, ranging from start-ups to established companies and even to other BPOs.
