Job Description:
● Promotes and provides Industrial products of ASSISTCO: Refractories & Insulation (Refractory castables)
● Planning and organizing sales call and customer visit schedule
● Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing to terms and conditions
● To continuously look for a possible new customers within the assigned territory
● Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product or service will meet customer’s needs
● Identify areas where we can improve customer satisfaction and repeat business, then communicate those issues and possible solutions to upper management.
● Support the Luzon Sales Manager in strategic planning
● Construction and finalization of annual quota projections to be submitted every end of October
● Attaining the monthly and annual quota projections
● Coordinates with customer and AEIC Engineering department when there is a project under execution
● Reports in the office every Monday for reporting of itineraries and other sales concerns
Qualifications:
● Candidate must be a graduate of BS Chemical Technology, BS Chemistry or BS Mechanical Engineering
● With at least 2 years of experience in Industrial selling
● Preferably with background in Refractories and Insulations
● Willing to be assigned in Metro Manila North area The other one will be assigned in South Luzon – Including Batangas
● Can drive automatic vehicle with valid driver’s license
● Work from home arrangement is not applicable
Location:
Head office – Bagumbayan Taguig City
Benefits:
Salary Range: 20,000-25,000 (depends on qualification), with commission on top of the basic
monthly salary – to be discussed during NEO
Company car: YES, with monthly gasoline allowance
Communication allowance: YES (Monthly)
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm (not entitled to OT Pay)
