Agents love our lounges for their convenience, design, and comfort. Each lounge comes with games and entertainment as well as kitchens, lockers, and smoking areas. They are the perfect place to wind down or just take a break.
WORKSTATIONS
Each work station is equipped with comfortable chairs, LCD monitors, and computers (at least Intel Core I3) with 4gb ram running Windows 7. Upgrade to Windows 10 is also available as an Add-On.
HIGHSPEED INTERNET
We have the best asynchronous corporate fibre internet connections in the area with built-in redundancy.
ON-CALL TECH SUPPORT
Our technicians are always available to assist with any facilities-related hardware, software, or connectivity issue. Any issues that cannot be resolved remotely will receive personal attention as soon as a technician is available to visit the site (usually within 10 minutes).

Headsets, dual-monitors and individual UPS are available upon request.
SERVER
We can supply you with server hardware and dialer software. The server will be a core i7 processor, 8gb to 16gb of RAM, two network cards, and a 1tb hard drive.
VOIP
Finding a good VOIP provider can be hit or miss. Upon request, we can set you up with one of our current providers and provide support and training as needed.
IP PHONES
Softphones are included with the seat leasing, but if you need IP Phones and can’t source them yourself, we can provide you with IP Phones of your choice: Cisco, Polycom, Snom, etc.
STAFFING
If you need assistance with HR, recruiting, training or accounting without outsourcing your entire centre, we can help you create a piecemeal package that includes only the services that you need.
ON-SITE TECH SUPPORT
While access to an on-call IT professional is included with your contract, sometimes it’s nice to have a technician present at all times for instant service. We can provide you with an on-site IT professional to handle any emergencies that you might have.

PRICE
Paragon offers premium locations and facilities at very competitive rates. Some unscrupulous Call-centers advertise how low prices and premium facilities, but clients soon realize that the available seats are never as nice and always cost much more.
At Paragon, what you see is what you get. Our pricing structure applies to all of our seats. And based on the number of seats and the lease term you choose, further discounts are available. Monthly or Long Term
Contract terms are for 6 months, but we can also accommodate shorter term and seasonal campaigns. A one month deposit is collected for all accounts. Please see our graduated pricing schedule below can further discount with longer-term leases.
INCORPORATION SERVICES
Direct your sales inquiry calls to Paragon, and our highly skilled agents will provide courteous, persuasive representatives who can encourage your customers to finalize their purchases, upgrade their services, renew their contracts, etc.
We can identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities when interacting with your customers. We will make the sales or we can warm-transfer the contacts to one of your sales professionals. Paragon agents are experienced in overcoming objections and making the sale. Put us to work for you.
INCUBATION
