What are the Mandatory Employee Benefits and Contributions

The Philippine Social Security System, strengthened by the provisions of the Republic Act No. 8282 or the Social Security Law, is the country’s social insurance program and consists of the following bodies:Social Security System (SSS) – The SSS was created to provide private employees and their family’s protection against disability, sickness, old age, and death. The Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) is the equivalent system for Philippine government employees.Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF) – The HDMF, also known as the Pag-IBIG Fund, is a provident savings system supplying housing loans to private and Philippine government employees, and to self-employed persons who elect to join the Fund.Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) – PhilHealth is administered by the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation and provides employees with a practical means of paying for adequate medical care in the Philippines.

Do you sign non-disclosure agreements and SLAs?

Yes. Paragon will sign non-disclosure agreements and service level agreements for customer's who desire a more discreet and secure environment. Outsource to Paragon and experience worry-free outsourcing.

How do I know my information that’s received is secure?

All computers are installed with a strict monitoring program which blocks access to any unauthorized website, all computers are within a secured server and do not have access to USB and CD drives. Paragon also follows the standards of the European GDPR. We also implement secured private servers and firewalls at the client's request. These are only a few steps of all precautions within Paragon Outsourcing.

How much do your services cost?

Paragon Outsourcing offers very competitive rates depending on the scope of work, the costs will vary depending on the services needed. As a general rule of thumb, we have a charge for our management services generally between $500 to $750 per month depending on the complexity of the contract. Wages are agreed upon between HR, the representative and yourself. Before you sign any contracts you will be fully enlighted upon ongoing monthly costs and how they are broken down.

What if one of my agents is not performing, can I swap?

Though we rarely see this happen due to our scrupulous hiring process. If you are unhappy with the representative please contact your account manager or our support staff and we assure you preventative measures will be taken to assure that you are happy with the representative given. If this does not have the required effect paragon will replace the representative at no extra cost.

Can I interview, or speak with my representatives before hiring?

Absolutely! Paragon is happy to schedule interview times, as part of our process, we pre-screen candidates making sure they are a perfect match.  You are also welcome to leave the hiring process in our capable hands.
