- Adding new employees – simple management adding new employee information to platforms, email and, Salesforce.
- Email management – Apollo, helping to manage the platform itself, contact the HelpLine to get issues resolved.
- Password management – Keeping track of all passwords, changing them with coming and going employees.
- Employee technical questions – Answering any technical questions with any of our programs.
- Data oversight – Overseeing Team Manager’s data, helping to guide and support Application Changes and updates – Platform and program management as needed
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering
- (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent. At least 3years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must need to know how to use: Salesforce, Apollo, Gmail, Webex, Zoom, Zoominfo, WordPress and Website changes, and Marketing Cloud.
