Job Description:

  • Manage day to day operations; provide inspired leadership
  • Conduct staff performance reviews, assess needs, improve, analyse and other operational strategy assessments and assures quality metrics are met
  • Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures
  • Promote a culture that encourages top performance and high morale
  • Aid the human resources department in the recruitment process by interviewing potential hires and outlining clear job expectations
  • Conduct weekly coaching and training sessions with team members
  • Helps Team Managers, Team Leaders, and/or agents with challenging sales and performance issues
  • Summarize, collect and analyze trends and data for regular performance reports
  • Presents monthly and annual action plans and objectives


  • Bachelor’s Degree Holder
  • 5+ years of managerial experience in a BPO setup
  • Experience in sales accounts or telemarketing is a plus
  • Strong knowledge in creating balanced KPIs and metrics set by the employer/clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop leaders and excellent motivational skills
  • Strong Leadership with Initiative ability
  • Well-developed Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
  • Negotiation Skills and Program Management Skills
  • Can work under pressure, Goal-oriented
  • Advanced knowledge of call center services industry and best practices, understanding ramifications of call center actions on the business, client, and employees
