Job Description:

Manage day to day operations; provide inspired leadership

Conduct staff performance reviews, assess needs, improve, analyse and other operational strategy assessments and assures quality metrics are met

Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures

Promote a culture that encourages top performance and high morale

Aid the human resources department in the recruitment process by interviewing potential hires and outlining clear job expectations

Conduct weekly coaching and training sessions with team members
-
Helps Team Managers, Team Leaders, and/or agents with challenging sales and performance issues

Summarize, collect and analyze trends and data for regular performance reports

Presents monthly and annual action plans and objectives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder
- 5+ years of managerial experience in a BPO setup
- Experience in sales accounts or telemarketing is a plus
- Strong knowledge in creating balanced KPIs and metrics set by the employer/clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop leaders and excellent motivational skills
- Strong Leadership with Initiative ability
- Well-developed Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
- Negotiation Skills and Program Management Skills
- Can work under pressure, Goal-oriented
- Advanced knowledge of call center services industry and best practices, understanding ramifications of call center actions on the business, client, and employees
