Job Description:

  • Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
  • Resolve product or service concerns by clarifying the customer’s complaint or inquiry; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
  • Prepare reports by collecting customer information
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and other methods
  • Meet personal KPI targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the AHT
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain concerns or reasons for calling
  • Cancel, downgrade, or refund accounts but attempt to retain the customer
  • Attempt to persuade the customer to reconsider cancellation
  • Inform customers of deals and promotions
  • Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes
  • Populate all required daily report
  • Work with the customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications and call center systems
  • Good typing skills
  • Knowledge of phone etiquette and methods
  • Proven track record in hitting goals
  • Able to speak the English language very well
  • Excellent Communication skills both in written and verbal
  • Preferably 4-5 years of working experience with account management and/or collection
  • Must be persuasive, tenacious, and adaptable
  • Must be a problem solver and with proven Negotiation skills
  • High-Stress Tolerance & high energy level
  • Able to Multitask
